1. On the main menu bar of the site, find the RSS icon called "POSTS". Clicking on the icon will give you the RSS feed of all the latest posts from the site. To receive only the Spanish or French posts, just change the language of the site on the drop-down menu on the left. Note: selecting English will give you RSS feeds in all languages.
2. In addition to the latest posts RSS feed, you can subscribe to individual category feeds. When viewing category pages, just click on the RSS icon on the right of the category name. As with the above, you can customize the language of the feeds.
3. There are also available RSS Feeds when viewing the pages on the "Languages and special content" section.
