Land development sacrifices food supply
The land-locked Southeast Asian nation of Laos is one of the poorest in the world and facing a food crisis. Half of the children in the country's rural areas are suffering from malnutrition, and some people go to great lengths to put food on the table. Wayne Hay reports.
