Govt asked to intervene between ANZ and poor Cambodians

It argues the bank has breached OECD guidelines and asked for the Govt to intervene. On another front the International Criminal Court has today been asked to consider opening a case to investigate 'widespread' and 'systematic' land grabbing in Cambodia.
