Dari catatan Konsorsium Pembaruan Agraria (KPA), sepanjang tahun 2013 lalu masih terjadi sebanyak 363 konflik agraria.

Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, sektor perkebunan menduduki posisi teratas sebagai penyebab konflik dengan 180 kasus atau 48,48% dari total konflik.

Sementara itu konflik akibat pembangunan infrastruktur menduduki posisi kedua (28,46%), disusul pertambangan (10,3%), kehutanan (8,4%) dan konflik di daerah pesisir (2,44%).


The Agrarian Reform Consortium (KPA) notes that in 2013, there were 363 ongoing agrarian conflicts [in Indonesia].
 
Based on their report, the plantation sector is still the main cause for agrarian conflicts with 180 cases, 48.48% of the total.
 
Conflicts linked to infrastructure development came second (28.46%), followed by mining (10.3%), forestry (8.4%) and conflicts in coastal areas (2.44%).
