本年4月27日、事業対象地住民11名（小農男女）が、日本のODAによる「プロサバンナ事業（ナカラ回廊農業開発マスタープラン策定支援プロジェクトProSAVANA-PD）」に対する異議申立を行いました（JICA受付5月16日）。
