German Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development (BMZ) | June 2009

Recognizing that land is increasingly becoming a good that is traded internationally, this BMZ position paper analyses driving forces, risks and opportunities for developing countries. It calls for more consistent use of international law and promotes support to ongoing processes for the elaboration of international guidelines and policies.
