به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، محمدرضا شافعی نیا در نشست خبری که به مناسبت هفته دولت برگزار شد، با بیان اینکه ایران در منطقه خشک جهان قرار دارد و در شرایط نرمال بارندگی در کشور ما یک سوم متوسط جهانی است، اظهار داشت: با توجه به این مسئله و همچنین با توجه به اینکه بسیاری از دشتهای کشور در شرایط بحران قرار دارند، یکی از اهدافی که ما به دنبال آن هستیم، کشت فراسرزمینی و ورود آب مجازی به داخل کشور است.

وی اضافه کرد: در طول سال گذشته، امسال و سال آینده ما به دنبال توسعه کشت فراسرزمینی هستیم و مایلیم که افراد مشتاق به سرمایه گذاری در این زمینه با ما همکاری داشته باشند.

شافعی نیا با بیان اینکه سه کشور اوکراین، قزاقستان و غنا به عنوان کشورهای هدف برای توسعه کشت فراسرزمینی انتخاب شده اند، گفت: شرایط آب و هوایی مناسب، زمینهای مستعد و عواملی از این قبیل دلیل انتخاب این کشورها بوده است، ضمن اینکه برخی از اراضی نیز در این مناطق شناسایی شده تا کشت در آنها آغاز شود.

مدیر عامل موسسه جهاد استقلال با بیان اینکه بخشی از این کار در کشور قزاقستان اجرایی شده است،  اظهار امیدواری کرد به زودی شاهد آغاز عملیات اجرایی این طرح در دو کشور اوکراین و غنا نیز باشیم.

شافعی نیا همچنین با بیان اینکه بین ۳۸ تا ۴۰ درصد اقتصاد خانوار ایرانی مربوط به غذا است، اظهار داشت: باید بستری برای کاهش قیمت محصولات غذایی و دسترسی آسان مردم به این محصولات فراهم شود.

وی با بیان اینکه در این راستا اصلی ترین هدف موسسه جهاد استقلال حمایت و پشتیبانی از تولیدکنندگان غذا است، گفت: همچنین بخش کشاورزی و تولید غذا می تواند در تحقق سیاستهای اقتصاد مقاومتی که مد نظر مقام معظم رهبری است، بسیار تاثیرگذار باشد.

وی اضافه کرد: ما برای ساماندهی بازار مواد پروتئینی بسیار تلاش کردیم تا قیمت نهاده هایی که برای تولید این مواد مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، ثابت بماند که این مسئله هم بر اقتصاد و هم بر سلامت خانوار ایرانی تاثیرگذار است.

این مقام مسئول اظهار داشت: قیمت نهاده های طیور طی سال جاری نسبت به سال گذشته ارزانتر شده، این در حالی است که قیمت دلار در داخل کشور بالا رفته است.

شافعی نیا،  دلیل این مسئله را تامین نهاده ها در زمان مناسب عنوان کرد و گفت: تولید مرغ در سالجاری برای تولید کنندگان نسبت به سال گذشته اقتصادی تر شده و آنها کمتر از ضرر و زیان شکایت می کنند.
