Altima buys 8.18 pct in Gruppa Razgulyay

Altima Restructure Fund Ltd. (Altima), a unit of an international agricultural investor Altima Partners, has acquired an 8.18 pct stake in Russian agricultural holding Gruppa Razgulyay OAO-PRIME.

Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft sold its 8.18 pct stake in Razgulay, according to the company's statement.

Altima held about 10 pct in Razgulay as of June 2011 through several affiliates.

The ownership structure of Razgulay is complicated due to the non-disclosure of final beneficiaries, making tracking later changes in Altima’s stake in Razgulay hard.The biggest, 19.97 pct interest in Razgulay is held by Vnesheconombank.
